Terms & ConditionsWe do not charge for booking that has not been confirmed. You will be charged once the booking confirmed. However, if you wish to cancel your reservation once you have done the payment. Kindly find details as follows;
- Free cancellations until more than 24 hours of the trip.
- In the case of sickness (Medical Certificate required), you can change the trips to an alternative date, but cannot cancel the booking.
- If we cancel the trips due to the bad weather then you will not be charged and the money will be refunded.
Refund Policy
The refund will be transferred through your credit card or your bank account with the total amount. It could take 1-2 weeks for the actual crediting to take place depending on your Bank's practice.
